Click & Collect Order Pick-Up

What you need to know

• Please pick your order up at your earliest convenience once you've received an email and/or text message confirming your order is ready.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure your vehicle is prepared for your order.

Where to go

For curbside pickup:

1. Enter the property by the flags.
2. Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area in the front left side of the store.
3. Park in one of the designated spots and check-in.
4. Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

For in-store pickup:

1. Park in the loading zone in front of the store, left of the Entrance.
2. Enter through the Click & Collect Pick-Up door, that is left of the Exchanges & returns entrance.
3. Please have your email open and ready for the coworker that will be helping you.

We offer both remote and in-store planning.  Our kitchen experts are ready to assist you in planning and purchasing your complete dream kitchen for you home.  Remote sessions allow you to follow along on your preferred screen as we help you design the ideal solution for your home!

We offer both remote and in-store planning appointments. Our home furnishing experts will assist you in planning your dream storage solution.  Remote sessions allow you to follow along on your preferred screen as we help you design the closet of your dreams!

Does your home need a refresh or a makeover? Our Sales Design Consultant can help you with inspiration and planning for both small and large projects in your home.  We will guide you in designing a solution that best fits your needs. 

We will discuss color choices, style preferences, and select products for your home. After the meeting, you will receive a shopping list of all products that have been discussed during the consultation.
